End-User License Agreement

License grant

J&J Collins Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Collins-Expenz (the "Application") solely for your internal business purposes, subject to this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") and our Terms of Service. By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you accept this Agreement.

Ownership

The Application, including its software, design, and content, is owned by J&J Collins Technologies LLC and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application, except as permitted by law
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Application to a third party
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices on the Application
• Use the Application to build a competing product or service

Third-party services

The Application integrates with third-party services, including QuickBooks Online provided by Intuit Inc. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and is not part of this Agreement. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information, including data accessed through your QuickBooks Online connection. It is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, J&J COLLINS TECHNOLOGIES LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

Term and termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your license to use the Application if you violate this Agreement or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Application ends immediately.

Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date.
